The monthly fee includes:
Hair Dressing Salon, Manicurist / Pedicurist / Podiatrist visit regularly, GPs visit frequently, or on request. Physiotherapist, transport to venues not included in the twice weekly trips. Parking bay, families are welcome to dine with the residents at a nominal cost.

Pricing
Assisted living rentals, all-inclusive in one monthly fee: small bachelor from R18,000, large bachelor from R27,500, one bedroom from R32,000. Life right purchase options are available on request from the sales department, with a non-refundable administration charge of R17,000 on signing (listed on the home's website without a date, read 3 November 2026)
