Our primary focus is to care for those suffering with Alzheimer’s Disease as well as those suffering from the other forms of Dementia, while our secondary focus is to care for the frail.
We treat our residents with respect, love and the dignity they deserve. This we do by getting personally involved with our residents, and by training our staff specifically in all aspects of Alzheimer’s and Dementia so that they fully understand the complexities of these illnesses and to base their actions and care upon this understanding.
At Tree-of-Life Care Old Age Home Pretoria, our set-up provides for all during meal times to sit together and enjoy their meals together. This helps facilitate friendship and companionship. Every day is started with prayer and reading from the bible and every meal is started by saying grace.
We work closely with a team of doctors in Eldoraigne, while the ambulance service we use is less than 1 kilometer from us. This results in extremely short response times in cases of an emergency.
