This retirement village is situated close to Westgate shopping centre and comprises of 103 one and two bedroom cottages as well as 11 apartments. Colourful gardens surround the cottages with plenty of shaded and sunny resting spots.
Units are sold on a Tenancy Right basis.

A later extension, Zonneveld, consists of 36 one-and-two bedroom cottages. Beautifully manicured lawns and landscaped gardens form part of the pleasant surroundings.
