You buy the exclusive right to use a suite and pay a monthly all-inclusive Cost of Living levy that covers three meals a day, morning and afternoon tea, daily servicing of the suite, electricity and water, building insurance and maintenance, and 24-hour security. When a suite is resold, an exit levy of up to 20% of the resale price goes to the hotel's stability fund.
