Evergreen Sitari is a life-right retirement village set within the 192-hectare Sitari Country Estate, just outside Somerset West. It comprises 250 luxury retirement suites and has been home to a resident community since it launched in July 2024.
On-site care is provided by a fully-equipped 8-bed Healthcare Centre staffed 24/7 by trained medical professionals. Homes are sold on Evergreen's Life Right model, with fixed levies for life and flexible pricing for buyers aged 70 and over.
The village is still expanding: new 2-bed, 2-bath houses are now launching alongside the original suites, and a resident's clubhouse plus a future Lifestyle Centre are planned for the estate.
