Units are bought as a life right, in which the developer keeps ownership of the unit and the buyer holds the right to live in it for life. According to the home's website, a nurse and caregivers are available, residents have a panic button and 24-hour emergency assistance, and there are medical consulting rooms on the estate. Home-based care packages are offered for 6, 12 or 24 hours a day. Facilities include a library, tennis and paddle courts, braai facilities and a shuttle service, and the weekly activities include a Canasta club and bingo.
