Emmanuel Old Age Home in Oatlands, Krugersdorp West, has been serving the elderly since 1986. The home accommodates 145 residents with 81 paid staff and 28 volunteers. It offers 24-hour frail care with a registered nurse on duty during the day and on-call at night, as well as assisted living for more mobile and semi-frail residents. Three meals daily plus tea are provided, with catering for medical conditions such as diabetes.
